Before Impact
Our 3PL customer contacted us when their case pick operation was struggling. They had staffed up with various temp agencies, but were plagued with call-outs, turnover, poor quality, low throughput, and an unhappy customer.

After Impact
Impact began taking over the entire case pick operation in 2017. We brought in our own management team, trained our own employees, and turned around case pick completely. Our customer won DC of the year from their customer the following year.
